Bought a home in 2020 in NV 89134. We worked with Carol and Rob Terkhorn for almost a year to find our place. We were moving from Chicago to Las Vegas and had no familiarity with the area. They ask the right questions so you can save time and find what you want. When our needs changed, they adapted quickly. If you want to see a new build, they know all about the developments. They also know how to integrate things from the new developments into an older home. They are knowledgeable about restaurants, civic organizations and things to do. From November 2019 when we first met (they were recommended to us) until August of 2020 when we finally inked a deal, we were in communication with them. They had some awesome listings that weren't on the market yet but we saw them because of their relationships. They helped us find financing, and helped us post sale with contractors. They really know the market and they can help you see the potential in a house as well. We thought we might be doing an extensive update of a home. We wound up having two choices. One home was unbelievable, and already updated. The other needed an update but was one of the best lots in Las Vegas. We bought the latter. Rob hooked us up with potential contractors. I am a tough customer, and I would highly recommend them.

Bought a Single Family home in 2022 in Summerlin north, Las Vegas, NV. Carol and Rob are absolutely AWESOME! They found the perfect home for us and made the process so enjoyable. Extremely professional agent, very organized, informed, and communicative, probably the best agent we had dealt with so far. We few in to Las Vegas from out of town to buy an investment property. The closing was set three months later and we left abroad. The agent and her partner assisted with all the closing procedures, inspection of the property and hand over procedures. The property was included in the home owner association and required more paperwork than a stand alone property. The agent did superb job making sure that no detail was forgotten. We are looking forward to be working with this agent again on another investment property this year.
